Years ago, dive tables were the standard. These days, nearly all recreational divers use a dive computer and they should. The computer calculates depth, bottom time, ascent rate, and NDL in real-time. Tables can't do that. If you go shallower during a dive, the computer recalculates. Tables don't. Wrist computers are what most people use now. T
